Its a cold Sunday morning here. It actually snowed over night but nothing significant. As you know, we all need backlinks pointing to or site to help in the search engines. Here is my list of what I use to create links pointing to my site.
1. Write 1-2 articles a weeks, distribute to about 500 article directories or more with your researched keywords in the bio. These articles will provide one way links, if written well others will download the articles and use them on their sites which will give you more one way links.
2. Post to directories and make sure you research the keywords, and put those keywords in the title.
3. Post to forums and in your signature have links with your keywords.
4. Comment on blogs related to your niche that have do follow.
5. Write unique content and only place it on your site with your researched keywords in the body of the content pointing to other relevant unique content on your site only.
6. Link exchange, really don’t like this but you can do it. Becareful who you exchange links with, put keywords in title.
Don’t worry about how many links, just keep doing this, stay positive, results don’t happen the next day. It takes time, but in time you will see better ranking in the search engines and page rank going up.
7. Write press releases, I do this every so often, but it does work.
8. Create Videos and submit them to video sites. Some will allow links others will not, but it is a good way of promoting your site.
9. Create a page squidoo and hub pages.
10. Use a link building software to assist you.

Those are all really good tips for building backlinks. There are also a lot of programs to help with such things as well.

#4 is a hard one, but thanks to the Top Commentors plugin it can be done. Go back to the first post of the blog, read it over, point out a few positive points found in the article, post and repeat until you’re on the list.

Commenting and forums are my two favourites! But ezine articles sends me quite a few visitors as well!

Yes #4 is a hard one but its still possible. Even if they don’t have top commentors plugin most comments boxes allow you to put html to paste you link

Using blogs with top commentators plugin is very cool tool as for backlinks as for traffic.

I do use that pligin as you can tell. If you read my about page you would of found out where I was fom. Its like me know your from Georgia and your a 15 yr old interested in web programming and internet marketing.

11. Make use of top commentator plugin but don’t spam (I currently receive about 10 spam a day now at least and it is getting really, really annoying)
12. Use Technorati to locate blogs in your niche.
